Elite Hair Policies
Consultations
Prior to your first salon appointment, all new customers are required to schedule a private consultation with one of our Elite team members. The consultation fee, which is a separate charge from your scheduled service, is $50. The fee must be paid at the time of booking the consultation appointment.
Reservations
You may book an appointment reservation on our website or you may send a text message to our contact number (984) 282-2468.
Appointments
We strive to be accessible to you, at the times that are most convenient for you, and we kindly request that you do the same for us. Appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you and the requested service. If a customer does not adhere to our cancellation policy, the cancellation fee will be charged to the card.
All information, including name, phone number, and email address, must be entered accurately when booking an online appointment in order for you to receive your confirmation email.
Additional Guest
Due to privacy concerns, no visitor/s is allowed to attend the guest's appointment. If the guest requires caregiver assistance we request they remain outside in their vehicle during the consultation/appointment.
Methods of payment
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for services and products. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
Late arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late could be asked to reschedule their original appointment.
Late cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. Simply inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If the reservation was made on the same day, please let us know at least three hours in advance. Cancellations that break these rules will charge a 25% fee of the total cost of the service originally requested.
No-shows
In the case of missing your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the missed service. Missing two or more appointments could result in termination from the Elite Hair Replacement service list.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your paid product or our services, please let us know during your appointment or within 48 hours. Any alterations after 48 hours will be an additional fee.
Refund
All services and hair units are non-refundable, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
We are not responsible if you decide to change your mind after the service is rendered or make alterations to the hair unit. After 48 hours from the service date, no corrective services are allowed and will require a fee.
It is important that you contact us as soon as you discover there is a fault or if you are not satisfied so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for corrective service.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase of any Elite Hair products, please return the product with a copy of the receipt within seven days of the purchase date to Elite Hair. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returned item/s.
Health History
Your safety is paramount to us. If you have any health concerns that we should know about, please let us know before the day of your scheduled appointment. This will allow Elite Hair to address your concerns or facilitate your health needs if possible.
Hair Units
Elite Hair will not work with, or service any hair extensions, wigs, or products not purchased through the Elite Hair Replacement website or store. We would like to emphasize this, in order to deliver high-quality service as well as products. Rest assured that our hair units are of the highest quality and we place our reputation on our products and services.
Right to refuse service
Elite Hair Replacement staff have the right to refuse service to anyone, if their state of health or mind may influence the effects of the service.
Drop-off and Pick up
Clients are required to make an online appointment or text message appointment for drop-off or pick-up service, prior to visiting Elite Hair Replacement (please do not show up without an appointment as we reserve the right to refuse service). If you fail to pick up your unit, we may choose to use a local courier service at the customer's expense in order to return your unit. (shipping cost will be charged to the card on file)
Privacy
The information collected from our website is used only to contact you (customer) if further information is needed regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the correct contact information.
